It comes with the Cannonball signature 2 necks. I prefered it that way because it gave me better"traction" so to speak. The mother of pearl inlay on the Bb(bis) key is missing. But the resulting sound is worth it! The silver neck could probably use a polish if you're so inclined, but is just fine without it. The unlacquered finish is beginning to develop a natural patina as it was intended to. Do some research about this company and you'll see why these instruments are so special! Condition: I am the only owner of this saxophone and it was WELL taken care of! No dents or dings to speak of. Took it with me to college intending to major in music and ended up going another direction. This horn blew them all away! So effortless to play from pianissimo to triple forte!
